Field Service Representatives

Our Field Service Representatives (FSR’s) are trained and certified by the manufacturing companies.
We provide:

  • Onsite service from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday.
  • 24 hour, 7 days a week technical service contracts.
  • We offer service contracts for all our systems (parts, labor, travel and preventive maintenance).
  • Personalized service contracts adapted to the necessities of your business.
  • Fixed service rates based on customer location.
